    Responsibilities

    Follow-up on Customer Inquiries, prospect new customers with relevant needs, use lead follow-up in CRM software, Manage sales cycle workflow, negotiate and close sales with customers, provide after-sales support for production, and participate in company marketing activities (sales meetings, trade shows, calling campaigns).  

    Qualifications

    • Office programs, specifically powerpoint, excel, word.
    • General knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes
    • General knowledge of Additive Manufacturing Processes
    • Proficient technical writing skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in a sales environment
