  • Responsibilities

    • recruiting and staffing logistics
    • employee orientation and onboarding
    • compensation and benefits administration
    • bi-weekly payroll processing
    • manage employee drug screening program
    • maintain employee files and records 
    • employee safety, welfare, wellness management
    • assisting with employee relations and communication

     

    This person will also support the day to day functions of the office, including:

    • greeting visitors
    • answering and directing calls
    • maintain non HR filing systems
    • assist with data entry 
    • other admin duties 

    Qualifications

    • ability to handle mutliple tasks
    • strong interpersonal skills
    • excellent computer skills
    • experience with ADP or other payroll system
    • knowledge of compensation and benefits admin
    • excellent organizational skills
    • 1+ years of HR or payroll experience
