Front Desk Administrator

This position is for a front desk administrator and office support person. Duties include:     


  1. Greet Visitors.
  2. Answer outside calls and forward as required.
  3. Maintain office supply closet, order office supplies as required.
  4. Order coffee supplies, plates, silverware, etc. for 11850 building.
  5. Maintain the guest log and make customer visitor badges when required.
  6. Paging people / helping vendors when service is required (alarm people, etc).
  7. Ordering and picking up food during customer visits or internal meetings.
  8. Fill refrigerator with drinks as required.
  9. Order & Hand out safety glasses when requested.
  10. Update Safety board as required.
  11. Support and assist with company events (i.e. lunches).
  12. Pick up and distribution for payroll checks (future).
  13. Support office personnel as required and as time permits.
  14. Enter Expense Orders for shop leads & department leads as required.
  15. Attend Group meetings as required.
  16. Support Material Cycle Counts as required.
  17. NDA/Proprietary Log: Enter NDA information and manage log.
  18. Support leadership team with miscellaneous projects on as add needed basis.


Basic Computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

Ability to answer and field phone calls
