The sales representative is responsible for cultivating new customer relationships as well as maintaining existing customer relationships within an assigned territory, building upon the sales revenue base to grow business and meet / exceed sales goals.
Achieve the annual sales quota.
Visit existing customers to discuss current programs and suggest new programs
Answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, and credit terms.
Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
Emphasize service capabilities based on analysis of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of service team capabilities and limitations.
Negotiate prices and terms of service agreements.
Maintain customer records using CRM automated systems.
Identify prospective customers, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs and attending trade shows and conferences.
Select the correct services or assist customers in making service selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
Produce and submit weekly sales reports and expense reports.
Gather customer requirements for quoting purposes
Make sales presentations
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
MS Office Suite and solid computer skills
5+ years’ experience in a sales position within a similar organization or industry
Experience selling electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical repairs
Engineering degree or technical academic background on electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment
