Account Manager / Customer Service

The Account Manager / Customer Service Rep manages legacy orders from inception to shipment.  This consists of:



    • Order entry
    • Generate Customer quote/proposal
    • Managing order requirements through customer websites
    • Export control procedures
    • Assist in government audits
    • T&C review for customer orders
    • Works cooperatively with all PSI personnel to insure excellent customer service
    • Review Customer delivery requirements and schedule deliveries to match customer requirements
    • Assists individual departments with special projects as necessary or when appropriate
    • Scans or copies documents, manuals, and presentations and distributes appropriately
    •        May cover job responsibilities of other Customer Service employees


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Successful track record of accomplishments
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Data entry experience
